K2 Growth Companies, LLC (K2) formulated by Ken Otterman, brings over 30 years of real estate investment practices that have been founded on the principals of cash flow and investment management. At K2 all other benefits of real estate ownership, although important and potentially sizable, are secondary to cash flow. K2 was developed under the belief that we can align ourselves with like-minded persons to develop a portfolio of properties that will enhance the manageability of the investment and properties through controlled volume. We act directly as the overall investment manager, developers and consultants from our home base in Colorado.
